Our Information Security team is seeking an Outsourcing and Vendor Management Specialist (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in ensuring our vendor relationships align with operational and risk management goals while meeting key regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in vendor lifecycle management, audit coordination, and compliance oversight.

Your responsibilities. 

• Implement and manage a structured outsourcing and vendor risk management framework, overseeing vendor selection, onboarding, risk assessments, and offboarding.

• Conduct due diligence on vendors, including financial, compliance, and operational assessments and ensure vendors adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001, MaRisk). 

• Maintain and manage outsourcing agreements, defining clear deliverables, KPIs, and performance metrics.

• Prepare detailed reports on vendor performance, compliance status, risk levels, and audit outcomes.

• Serve as the central point of contact for audits, ensuring accurate documentation, timely responses, and regulatory compliance.

• Identify process enhancement opportunities to increase efficiency in vendor management and audit readiness.

About you 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Operations, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing, BCM, or audit coordination, preferably in a regulated industry.

• Strong understanding of vendor risk management, regulatory compliance, and business continuity management (BCM).

• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional reporting.

• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as DORA, GDPR, and ZAG-MaRisk is preferred.

• You are fluent in both German (working proficiency) and English
