Outsourcing Manager

ClinChoice, is searching for an experienced Outsourcing Manager to work with one of our partner pharmaceutical company’s. This will be a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months, and will require 4 days working from the office in Rhineland-Palatinate 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home.

ClinChoice is a global full-service CRO with a strong focus on quality, professional development, and supportive culture. As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counterparts.  

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate analytical development work that is awarded to external suppliers.


• Obtain and evaluate offers.


• Plan, schedule and monitor activities within specified project timelines, in consultation with the project groups and external partners.


• Timely dispatch of analytical samples.


• Creation and filing of GMP-compliant documents and review of the analytical data of the external suppliers.


• Responsible for the data migration into the company’s internal data acquisition system.


• Collaborate with global teams and cooperation with internal and external partners.


• Participate in the planning and compliance with the budget framework for the projects managed.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline.


• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.


• GMP experience.


• Independent, structured and conscientious working style.


• Strong written and spoken English skills.


• Organizational skills and assertiveness.


• Resilience, reliability and flexibility.


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, even in global teams.
