Arbeitsbeschreibung - Packaging / Paper Trader Latin America (m/f/d)

You’ll be trained to take on the responsibility for packaging grades for a defined customer portfolio in Latin America
You act as a sincere middle man between our suppliers, customers and business partners
You negotiate and conclude purchase and sales contracts with our suppliers and customers
You seize new sourcing opportunities and acquire new customers
Lead and manage a Sales Manager which reports directly to you
You develop new and maintain existing business relations through frequent business trips to our customers and suppliers
You attend important trade shows in order to broaden your scope of possibilities

You have at least 3 years of experience in physical commodity trading preferably on an international level
You are persistent in following up opportunities and love to conclude business
You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial education
You speak and write excellent Spanish, English and German
You are eager to build relationships
You can manage different supply markets and mentalities
You work solution oriented and are eager to develop yourself further
You are a team player who is prepared to assume responsibility
You like the spirit of working in a multi-national team
