Koordination administrativer Aufgaben von der Einstellung bis zum Austritte

• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterunterlagen in relevanten HR-Systemen (z. B. Workday, Quinyx usw.)
• Arbeitszeit (Anwesen-/Abwesenheitsverfolgung)
• Dokumenten Verwaltung
• Bindeglied zwischen Systemen und unserer Abrechnungsabteilung (z. B. Änderungen, Abwesenheiten, Krankenbescheinigungen)
• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten (z. B. Arbeitsverträgen, Neueinstellungsformularen und Austritt)
• Bereitstellung von Lern- und Ausbildungsdokumentation
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung lokaler Arbeits- und Datenschutzgesetze (z. B. DSGVO)
• lokaler Ansprechpartner für HR-Verwaltungsanfragen von Mitarbeitern und Managern
• Unterstützung der zentralen P&O- und Rechtsteams für Dokumentation und Anwendung der Richtlinien
• Erstellung von Berichten und Durchführung monatlicher Audits, um die Datengenauigkeit und -konformität sicherzustellen
