POSITION OVERVIEW

DigiCert is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager, EMEA who is fluent in German and has professional working proficiency in English to join our team. As Partner Marketing Manager, EMEA you will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the partner marketing strategy and ensuring its success. Serving as a program manager for all partner-led initiatives (including SI, Technology, VARs) across EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing these activities.

Acting as the central point of contact, you will connect partner marketing, partners, and field marketing teams seamlessly. You’ll work with the Regional Marketing team EMEA, the Global Marketing team, Partner Managers in EMEA and Sales to ensure we deliver successful partner marketing programs aligned with business goals across all types of partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will plan, execute, and measure a growing number of innovative demand generation marketing programs to grow the pipeline and revenue
  • You will be responsible for developing, refining and implementing a strategic marketing plan with distinct focus areas and tactical activities for your partners that aligns to the broader EMEA Ecosystems Marketing strategy
  • You will define and lead programs along with your channel sales counterparts and partner contacts to drive pipeline generation, net new logo acquisition and refresh opportunities via marketing campaigns & initiatives
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the latest in digital, event, and solution focused Industry and Enterprise Marketing strategies & tactics for our Partner Community
  • Own and drive the quarterly & annual plans to deepen relationships with key partners
  • Communicate quarterly & annual plans to Channel leadership via QBRs and other planning sessions
  • Coordinate with product marketing to communicate strategic focus areas and manage event and digital execution with our Partners
  • Communicate program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales
  • Provide weekly marketing updates to key Sales/Channel stakeholders via calls and email communications
  • Ensure marketing programs & tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
  • Develop scorecards, metrics, and success objectives in partnership with data and analytics teams
  • Ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leaders both at our partners and internally at DigiCert
  • WHAT YOU WILL HAVE

  • 5+ years of experiencebuilding Demand Generation and Enablement programs with Channel Partners in Europe (essential)
  • Fluent in German and professional working proficiency in English (essential) 
  • Security Technology Knowledge and Value Proposition is a huge plus
  • BA in Marketing or other related field experience required
  • Proven track record executing integrated, multi-part channel marketing programs in a B2B selling environment
  • Experience owning marketing programs with large solution provider / VAR (Value Added Resellers) partners
  • Ability to engage customers and partners in dialogue about their business needs and security solutions
  • Experience driving in-market regional events and working across a National Channel Sales team in collaboration with their Regional Counterparts for execution
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple investment sources and event coordination
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and common business-intelligence & dashboarding applications, including MDF programs, campaign creation, ROI analytics and pipeline principles
  • Knowledgeable in complex solution sales methodology
  • Willingness to travel in EMEA.
