Partnership Manager (F/M/D)

As a Partnership Manager for our Heilbronn Slush'D Festival, you are responsible for initiating, nurturing, and maintaining partnerships to support the success of the event.

• You identify potential partners, sponsors, and collaboration opportunities to ensure an innovative and engaging event.
• You develop and present tailored partnership packages to create value for both parties.
• You maintain relationships with existing and new partners to foster long-term collaborations.
• You create compelling presentations of our event to inform, promote collaboration, and highlight shared goals.
• You are responsible for organizing and implementing partner events and networking events.
• You provide on-site support during event execution and serve as the primary point of contact for our partners.
• You document and track partnerships in the CRM system to report on the progress of partnership activities and achievement of goals.

• You have a solid professional qualification whether in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree which has optimally prepared you for your new role as a partnership manager.
• You have previous experience in partnership management or business development, preferably in the event, startup, or technology industry.
• You possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• You have excellent time management skills and can effectively prioritize tasks.
• You are highly organized and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
• You are fluent in both English and German and enjoy intercultural communication.
