Lab14 is a subsidiary of RSBG SE, which is 100 percent owned by the RAG Foundation. The RAG Foundation finances the permanent debt left behind by the German coal industry and supports projects in the fields of education, science and culture.

Fully independent processing of payroll accounting for subsidiaries within the Lab14 Group, including all related tasks, taking into account tax and social security law, as well as individual legal agreements
Recording all payroll-relevant facts in DATEV Lodas and linked programs
Preparation of certificates, proofs and statements for social insurance and other external bodies
Preparation of statistics and evaluations
Support during tax audits
Contact for all inquiries relating to payroll accounting for employees and managers
Contact for authorities and health insurance companies

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable training with further training as a payroll accountant / tax clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Comprehensive knowledge of payroll tax, social security and travel expenses law as well as an understanding of financial accounting
Confident handling of MS Office programs and DATEV Lodas
Trustworthiness and discretion
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Strong service orientation, empathy and ability to work in a team
