WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT


In our unit, we are leading the global transformation of our organization in human resources and act as a strategic partner to support business changes and developments.


 



  • In your new position, you are responsible for aligning global and local People & Culture strategies with business goals and translating organizational priorities into impactful people initiatives. 

  • Together with your colleagues, you advise leaders across global and local units in our Refinish Business on all HR‑related matters from strategic partnering to operational implementation.

  • Your expertise is in demand! You steer talent acquisition, retention, and development activities to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent globally and locally.

  • Additionally, you strengthen leadership capabilities, support succession management, and contribute to organization‑wide development efforts.

  • Last but not least, you support organizational change initiatives, ensure smooth communication of changes, and use data analytics to enable informed decision‑making in collaboration with CoEs and Shared Services.


WHAT YOU OFFER


  • university degree in human resources, business administration, or social sciences 

  • minimum five years of HR experience in a multinational company environment

  • excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, flexibility, a strong business mindset, and a proactive, results‑driven work approach

  • strong knowledge of local labor law and experience working with works councils, as well as expertise in talent and leadership development

  • fluency in German and English as well as proficiency with standard applications; experience collaborating with HR CoEs and Shared Services is a plus

  • We have 30 vacation days/year (full-time), additional time off options and a 37.5-hour week.

  • Employees aged 57 and over receive 2.5 hours/week of additional time off, while employees working shifts are entitled to this from the age of 55.
