People & Culture Manager (HR Business Partner Focus)

We are currently seeking a passionate and well-experienced People and Culture Manager, with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering, to drive HR excellence across all areas and further develop our company values and culture. 

In this role, you will play a key part in setting up HR processes and documentation, shaping our organizational culture, developing talent strategies, and ensuring that QuantPi remains an inspiring and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities:

• Managing and further expanding the usage of our HRIS system, Personio. 

• Prepare the pre-payroll process and related tasks.

• Handling all administrative HR processes with great attention to detail.

• Lead recruitment from job posting, negotiations, and onboarding while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal hiring tandems.

• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient P&C processes that align with the company's goals and culture.

• Design and delivery of employee training, development programs, and performance reviews.

• Driving organizational change, culture development, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Act as a trusted P&C expert to managers and teams, guiding HR best practices, policies, and employee relations.

• Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and support organizational development.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and HR-related inquiries, providing timely solutions.

• Stay up-to-date on HR trends, labor laws, and compliance, ensuring the organization’s policies remain aligned with the current legal framework.

• Proven experience as a P&C Generalist or HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.

• High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in employee well-being.

• Strong expertise in Personio (HRIS) for managing HR data and processes.

• Good understanding of German employment law and best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving HR processes and policies.

• Deep understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to drive efficient talent acquisition strategies.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating workshops focused on leadership, team building, and skill development is a plus.

• German on a native level and fluent in English.
