We are looking for a People Operations Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in the Human Resources department in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main).
As our People Operations Manager, you will support our Company and Department Leaders in all HR-related processes and issues, and ensure a coherent and modern HR strategy for all permanent employees at GOPA's head office and all other GOPA-affiliated employees abroad. You will manage the processing of employee data, monitor time tracking and absence, learning and development activity, and assist in the hiring process.
Your responsibilities & tasks/- Maintenance and management of all personnel data in GOPA HR system (Personio) and ERP system Maconomy: e.g. creating employee records, maintaining records timesheets and calculations
- Work with GOPA Group colleagues to ensure smooth implementation of monthly payroll and yearly compensation reviews
- Management of HR-related documentation and paperwork
- Work with German Chambers of Commerce (AHKs) to control and administer overseas employees
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding for new employees and offboarding for employees leaving the company
- Creation and presentation of statistics and analyses
- Advise in contractual and labour law issues
- Assist in the organisation and delivery of GOPA’s learning and development offer
- Contact point for the works council
