People Operations Manager (m/w/d)

• You manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistently positive employee experience
• You are responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing (global payroll) in collaboration with external service providers, ensuring compliance with all tax and social security regulations
• You continuously optimize HR operations processes, implement automations, and enhance efficiency within the HR function
• You handle employee inquiries on People/HR topics such as payroll, social security, and contracts through our ticketing system, providing fast and accurate responses
• You manage and implement People-related software and tools that drive productivity across the company, staying up to date with the latest HR and Operations SaaS technologies
• You ensure all People processes are data-driven and work closely with the Data Team to deliver accurate analyses and reports that support informed decision-making in HR
• You collaborate closely with the Legal Department and external advisors to ensure compliance with legal and labor standards across all entities

• Several years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration within a fast-paced, high-growth tech company
• Deep understanding of German labor and social security law
• Proven expertise in payroll processing, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks
• Strong tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using HR and operations software, including SaaS tools
• A passion for designing and optimizing efficient processes, paired with a structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on work style
• Fluency in both German and English is essential
