As a People Operations Specialist you will support day-to-day People Operation functions across the entire employee lifecycle, by optimising processes and protocols.

A Taste of What to Expect

Support and improve HR administration: workflows, contracts, certifications, and digital records
Ensure accuate monthly payroll in collaboration with our internal software and team
Serve as key contact for authorities, insurance providers, and tax advisors on daily topics
Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools including Personio, DEEL
Collaborate with external legal teams to review and implement policy updates as required

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

First experience in operational HR, with strong payroll and admin focus
Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Knowledge of German labor law, social security, and payroll tax regulations
Fluent in German (C1+) and English (C1), written and spoken
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for process improvement
