As a People Operations Specialist, you are not only responsible for the smooth running of our global People Operations processes from contract creation to offboarding, but also the main contact person for global payroll issues. You will work closely with the People Partner and Talent Acquisition team as well as across teams with areas such as Accounting, Controlling, Legal or our IT.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

You will accompany the employee lifecycle of our employees from contract creation to onboarding and all People Operations relevant topics, including the creation of all HR-relevant documents to offboarding.
You are the contact person for all employee queries relating to People Operations.
You are responsible for the administration and maintenance of strictly confidential personnel data in our HRIS Personio.
You are responsible for the preparation of global payroll in close cooperation with our external payroll service providers.
Together with our FP&A team, you are responsible for the administration of our compensation models and contact person for managers and employees.
You will work closely with our People Partner on topics such as organizational development, employee matters and people projects.
You support the reporting of People KPIS as well as internal and external audits.
You will contribute your creativity and commitment to the continuous improvement of our internal process structures.

Completed commercial training, studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources
You have 2-3 years of experience in operational people/HR work and in particular in the area of payroll in an international and dynamic company.
You have solid knowledge of labor and social security law issues
You have a very high level of comprehension, strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers.
You have an eye for detail, work extremely accurately and are data-savvy.
German at native speaker level and very good English skills.
