Performance Engineer for Laundry Care

• Responsible for the research and development of European washing machine technology, focusing on optimizing cleaning performance, energy efficiency, and user experience
• Develop and execute laboratory test plans to validate washing performance and identify opportunities for enhancements
• Analyse data from performance tests determine root causes of any performance issues
• Work closely with the product development team to identify and implement solutions to performance issues, ensure a successful launch in Europe and competitive advantages of new products
• Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to development team

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of work experience in the field of product development preferably in the home appliance industry
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles as they relate to washing systems
• Familiar with Laundry Care-related EN standards and EU commission regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in German and English
