Conversion Optimization: optimize the conversion funnel e.g. via A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and making data-driven decisions to improve the conversion rates at different stages of the customer journey.
Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, explore and adopt innovative marketing strategies and technologies to stay ahead of the curve. This may involve experimenting with new channels, tactics, or technologies to drive growth.
Minimum 5 years experience in growth marketing with a proven track record of growing online businesses via managing successful growth campaigns across organic and paid channels.
Data-driven with the ability to set up performance dashboards, analyze and interpret data, understanding the story behind the numbers to generate actionable insights.
Experience running mid to large-scale performance marketing campaigns (budgets of $150k+ monthly) on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, display advertising and Social Media.
Ability to build a business-specific customer journey around critical events.
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work closely the Product, Engineering, and Marketing team to support our business’s goals (e.g. acquisition, revenue, retention)
