Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social and Search (m/f/d)

What you'll do

• Own campaigns across Paid Social and Search Meta, Search, and Native Ads across assigned markets — build, launch, manage, optimize.
• Bridge data and creative — analyze performance and brief our creative strategist, agency, and creators.
• Spot growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and formats; run rapid tests and turn results into playbooks.
• Track CAC, AOV, LTV, and funnel metrics using our attribution model and Sales Channel data; share insights with the team.
• Own product data feed optimization using tools like DataFeedWatch or Channable.
• Brief and coordinate content external agencies, keeping clear control over ROI.
• Build scalable processes and structures as markets grow.

• 3–5 years in fast-scaling digital marketing, hands-on across Meta, Search, and Native Ads.
• E-commerce/D2C background, ideally wellness, supplements, or FMCG/CPG.
• Experience scaling campaigns across multiple European markets.
• Comfortable managing external agencies with a clear ROI focus.
• Strategic and hands-on in equal measure — you set direction and execute it yourself.
• Highly analytical, confident with dashboards, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ownership mindset — you build solutions rather than wait for instructions.
• Languages: fluent German and English required; Dutch, Italian, French, or Spanish a strong plus.
