Campaign Management: manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle (e.g., Google Search, LinkedIn), including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with KPIs and growth goals.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPL) to uncover insights and guide future strategies. Additionally, prepare regular performance updates and optimization recommendations, sharing findings with teams and stakeholders.
Cross-Team Collaboration: partner with stakeholders to align on creative assets, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget distribution across platforms and channels.
Landing Page Optimization: implement and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve landing page performance.
Competitor Analysis: conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
You have at least three years of experience in B2B performance marketing. Agency experience is preferred.
You are highly analytical and enjoy using data to inform decisions and uncover opportunities for optimization.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a must. Experience with DV360 is a plus.
Ideally, you would have experience with CRM platform integrations. Pipedrive is preferred.
You are a quick learner who can rapidly understand problems and develop effective solutions.
You have strong problem-solving skills and can think creatively to find innovative approaches to challenges.
You are self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of projects.
You are fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus but not required.
