  • You will optimize a complex process for protein purification from unicellular organisms.
  • You will work on large-scale plants and prepare them for industrial use.
  • You will be jointly responsible for defining the key process steps for subsequent industrial application.
  • You will be responsible for independently planning experiments and evaluating the results.
  • You will standardize working methods and create precise implementation protocols.
  • You will establish analytical methods and carry out various processing steps.


  • You are studying natural sciences such as food technology, biotechnology, brewing or similar.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and English.
  • Ideally, you already have some initial experience in process or product development.
  • You are characterized by flexibility, willingness to learn, commitment and a high degree of initiative.
