Become a pharmaceutical sales representative (m/f/d) in the field of oncology (m/f/d) at our pharmaceutical customer - Janssen-Cilag for the area: Augsburg - Munich (incl. Memmingen). The position is to be filled within the framework of temporary employment (18 months, takeover possible).   • Your tasks

  • You convince our customers of the value and benefits of our products through your scientific and communication skills in order to achieve the sales and growth targets set. With a good feel for their needs, you build sustainable business relationships
  • You identify opportunities in the market and further develop network structures in the region
  • You carry out market, account and potential analyses independently and regularly in order to derive and implement targeted regional sales strategies
  • You organize information events, if necessary also with your own presentation activities, and take part in relevant national and regional events such as conferences and congresses
  • You identify and prioritize needs and gaps in care on the part of practitioners and patients along the course of therapy and develop strategy and action plans as part of stakeholder management
  • You monitor the market closely and share market-relevant information on competition and healthcare policy with the relevant contacts in the cross-functional team
  • You work closely and across sales lines in a regional and cross-functional team, proactively contribute your ideas and involve the relevant functions in order to further expand customer relationships and market access.
  • Your profile

  • Completed studies or doctorate, preferably in the fields of natural sciences, pharmacy, health economics or medicine
  • Alternatively, you are recognized as a pharmaceutical consultant (m/f/d) according to § 75 para. 3
  • First professional experience in sales is an advantage
  • Your communication is on point so that you can also argue scientifically with opinion leaders at eye level
  • In-depth knowledge of the indication oncology/pneumology desirable
  • Pioneering spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity, positive attitude, creativity and proactivity
  • High willingness to cooperate and excellent teamwork skills
  • Very good communication and rhetorical skills
  • Customer orientation and very strong networking skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • High willingness to travel and stay overnight in the region, residence in the travel area is an advantage
  • Class B driver's license
  • Willingness to work weekends as part of events and congresses
