Physiotherapeut

The Physiotherapist at Physiomatch is primarily responsible for aiding patients in their physical recovery by assessing their conditions and devising customized physiotherapy treatments that enhance their strength, flexibility, and body function. The role encompasses performing physical and psychological assessments, formulating therapeutic care plans, delivering one-on-one treatment, and instructing patients about in-home therapy programs. Combined with a nurturing and compassionate nature, the Physiotherapist is an integral member of our rehabilitation team that strives to uplift patient health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to understand their physical condition, health history, and goals.
• Developing personalized physiotherapy treatment plans that align with patients' needs and objectives.
• Preparing and performing a range of physiotherapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and advice.
• Keeping accurate patient records to monitor progress, adjust treatments if necessary, and provide a detailed patient history.
• Communicating effectively with patients to manage expectations and explain diagnoses and treatments.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to incorporate a multidisciplinary approach to recovery.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in physiotherapy practice.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed to practice physiotherapy.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the latest physiotherapy techniques and technologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle a complex caseload.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to treatment.
• Flexibility to work in different settings and with a variety of patient age groups.
