Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments to determine patient needs and functional limitations.
  
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient goals.
  
• Deliver effective treatment for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and postoperative conditions.
  
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self -management strategies.
  
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation of all patient interactions and treatment records.
  
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice always.
  

• Anabin H+ qualification (mandatory).
  
• Full professional recognition as a Physiotherapist (must be valid and verifiable).
  
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic techniques, rehabilitation programs, and clinical equipment.
  
• Proficiency in German language – B2 level or higher.
  
• Valid Driver’s License for mobility as required.
  
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient -care skills.
  
• Solid understanding of physical rehabilitation principles and best practices.
  
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and commitment to patient well -being.
