Pizza Restaurant Staff - Milano Vice Kantstraße

We're opening our biggest store yet on Kantstraße. We need people to run it.
Milano Vice is a Berlin pizza brand built from scratch: quality Roman-style dough, our own kitchens, our own tech. We're growing fast and we're picky about who runs the counter, because the store is only as good as the people in it.
Charlottenburg is next. You'd be there from day one, not employee number four hundred at a chain that opened before you were born.

Tasks

What you'd actually do

• Build and serve Milano Vice pizza fast, clean, and right
• Run the counter: greet, recommend, upsell, make people want to come back
• Keep the kitchen and the floor tight, organised, and HACCP-clean
• Handle the evening rush with your team without losing the plot
• Bring the energy. The store has a personality and you're part of it

Requirements

What you bring

• You show up on time and you own your shift
• Clean, hygienic work habits, non-negotiable
• You're direct, friendly, and comfortable with a full house
• Good English. German is a big plus
• Experience is welcome but not required. Quereinsteiger:innen willkommen, we'll teach you the rest
