We’re looking for someone who wants to help drive the energy transition for Germany’s industrial and mid-sized businesses. As part of our C&I Team, you’ll take ownership of planning processes, ensure quality and clarity in technical documentation, and help improve how we deliver projects at scale.

Enpal Commercial and Industrial is accelerating the energy transition for Germany’s SME sector. Our team designs and implements customized energy solutions for business clients, including rooftop solar, charging infrastructure, and commercial-scale battery storage. Join us in shaping the energy future of Germany’s industrial and manufacturing landscape.

• Coordinate technical system planning as the interface between our sales team and our external planning partner 

• Review and translate planning documents such as cost calculators and feasibility reports to ensure quality and client-readiness

• Manage incoming planning requests, track progress, and contribute to optimizing internal workflows

• Collaborate closely with our Account Executives to ensure smooth communication across teams

• University degree in energy, engineering, business, or a related field, ideally with a focus on renewable energy or sustainability

• First hands-on experience through internships or working student roles in technical or operational functions

• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style, even when tasks are repetitive

• Excellent English skills for communicating with international teams and working with technical documentation. German skills are a plus.
