Plant Controller (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

• Advising and supporting management on financial and strategic decisions


• Responsibility for reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis


• Identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization


• Further developing controlling, reporting, and financial processes


• Participating in digitization, automation, and investment projects


• Ensuring data quality, compliance, and internal controls


• Collaborating on cross-location projects and taking on special assignments

Your Profil

• Business or business administration training or degree with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting


• Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling (at least 3 years)


• Analytical, structured, and independent work style


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team


• Good knowledge of English and MS Office; SAP experience is a plus


• Interest in process optimization and project work
