Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You take ownership of a strategic piece of our internal Developer Platform, understanding the technical product and keeping a sharp focus on the needs of our engineering teams

• Active discovery is part of your daily routine: you conduct user interviews, run surveys, and utilize data insights to deeply understand Platform strengths and weaknesses

• You define user-centric goals for the Platform and find metrics and data to track progress

• You coordinate across multiple departments, serve as the primary point of contact for all product feedback related to your user journeys and therefore confidently manage expectations and make clear product decisions

• You build a long-term, actionable product roadmap based on your analytical findings to drive continuous platform improvement

• You break down complex delivery into smaller stories, guide prioritization, and manage cross-team projects through collaboration with various platform and infrastructure teams

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You bring an enthusiasm for Platform engineering, scalable cloud architecture and improving the developer experience

• You bring experience in product management techniques, including discovery, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and delivery of a roadmap

• You have a deep understanding of developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, or API-first architectures that help you speak the same language as our internal engineers

• You possess strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking which empower you to translate complex technical feedback into clear, actionable product requirements

• Outstanding communication and negotiation talents allow you to easily align multiple cross-functional engineering teams around a shared vision

• Natural ownership, passion, and initiative drive your work forward even in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment

• You are fluent in English (C1) and enjoy collaborating within an international and highly collaborative setup
