You’ll make an impact by 

• Driving the transformation of product lifecycle processes toward a data-driven, efficient, and innovation-focused operating model
• Challenging existing PLM practices and systems to find opportunities for improvement and digital enablement
• Conducting and validating market and competitor intelligence to advise PLM strategy, identify emerging trends, and benchmark best practices
• Leading all aspects of tracking and performance measurement of PLM programs, initiating actions in collaboration with partners
• Preparing, validating, and leading financial plans and business cases to support strategic PLM investments and ensure value realization
• Steering internal communication efforts related to PLM strategy in close partnership with executive leadership
• Elevating organizational PLM maturity by encouraging cross-functional collaboration and aligning with global strategy and engineering teams

• Many years of extensive experience in leading transformation programs, with a strong foundation in change management and cross-functional leadership
• Proven ability to work with diverse teams and influence across organizational boundaries, with sensitivity to global and cultural dynamics, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and their application in improving PLM systems, data governance, and user adoption
• Demonstrated expertise in market and competitive analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations, and strong financial acumen, with experience in developing and validating business cases and handling budgets for large-scale initiatives
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans, while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results, and passionate about working with people and teams to realize greater potential through agile methodologies and continuous improvement
• Strong business acumen, good stakeholder management, and a collaborative attitude
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
