About the Role

We are seeking experienced Plumbers on behalf of a leading mechanical subcontractor delivering a live data center project in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, you will work directly for the client's site team on HDPE drainage installation. This is ongoing, permanent work with up to three positions available.

Key Responsibilities

Pipework Installation: Install, weld, and test HDPE drainage pipework across the data center build.

Fusion Jointing: Carry out electrofusion and butt-fusion jointing to exact specifications.

Technical Execution: Work accurately from technical drawings, isometrics, and specifications.

Testing & QA: Conduct pressure testing and support commissioning activities in coordination with mechanical fitters, supervisors, and QA/QC staff.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations meet German building regulations and project quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with site HSE procedures.

Requirements

Trade Experience: Time-served Plumber with proven HDPE drainage/pipework installation experience.

Technical Skills: Hands-on HDPE fusion welding experience (electrofusion / butt-fusion) and confidence reading technical drawings and isometrics.

Sector Background: Commercial, industrial, or data center project experience (data center background is an advantage).

Documentation & Compliance:

A1 German registration in place (required for an immediate start on site).

Valid EU passport or a valid German/local work permit.

Language: Conversational English (main site working language).

Package & Benefits

Salary: €52,000 – €62,000 per year (Day rate options are also available)

Working Hours: 50 hours per week (overtime paid in accordance with German law)

Travel: Frankfurt travelcard provided (Note: accommodation is not provided)
