About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Projektmanagement: Verantwortung für das End-to-End-Management von Projekten im Bereich Einzelhandel (Retail) und Zahlungsverkehr (Payment), einschließlich Planung, Durchführung, Monitoring und Übergabe.
• Systemaufbau: Etablierung und Pflege des Projektmanagementsystems; Erstellung von Projektprozessen, Vorlagen und Best Practices.
• Ressourcenkoordination: Koordination abteilungsübergreifender Ressourcen zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualitätsorientierten und budgetkonformen Projektabwicklung.
• Risikomanagement: Identifikation von Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen; regelmäßiges Reporting des Projektstatus an das Management.
• Schnittstellenfunktion: Agieren als Brücke zwischen Business und IT; Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in ausführbare Projektpläne.
• Strategieunterstützung: Unterstützung bei der strategischen Planung und operativen Umsetzung der Payment-Produktlinie.
• Digitale Transformation: Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bereich Online- und Offline-Retail.
• Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Effiziente Kommunikation und Kollaboration mit Teams in Deutschland und Europa.
• Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Managementprozesse zur Steigerung der organisatorischen Effizienz.
• Methodik: Förderung und Implementierung von agilen oder hybriden Projektmanagement-Methoden.
• Wissensmanagement: Aufbau einer Projektdatenbank zur Sicherung von Erfahrungswerten (Lessons Learned) und Best Practices.

• Sprachkenntnisse:
  • Deutsch: Niveau B1 oder höher (verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift).
  • Englisch: Niveau C1 oder höher (verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift).
  • Chinesisch: Muttersprachniveau oder exzellente Kenntnisse.
• Berufserfahrung:
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
  • Payment-Bereich: Vertrautheit mit Payment-Produkten, Zahlungsabläufen und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. PCI-DSS, PSD2).
  • Retail-Erfahrung: Erfahrung im Online/Offline-Einzelhandel; Verständnis von O2O- und Omnichannel-Modellen.
  • Erfahrung im multinationalen/interkulturellen Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.
• Fachkenntnisse:
  • Sicher in Projektmanagement-Methodiken (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum etc.).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana etc.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und datengestützte Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Exzellente Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
• Bildungsweg:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in Informatik, BWL, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PgMP oder vergleichbare sind wünschenswert.
