Your mission

As our Country Manager for Poland, you’ll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact. You’ll join our Internationalization team, where your work will shape Carly’s local brand presence, drive revenue, and directly influence Carly’s mission to empower car owners worldwide. Your contributions in influencer marketing, PR, and localization will be highly trusted and celebrated — all in an environment that values authenticity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Your responsibilities

Own influencer marketing in Poland by identifying, managing, and scaling partnerships with impactful creators aligned with our brand
Develop and execute a local PR strategy to build brand awareness, trust, and visibility—acting as Carly’s spokesperson in Poland
Lead other high-impact, revenue-driving campaigns such as TV and mass-market efforts, ensuring alignment with brand and market goals
Build deep customer and market understanding by continuously gathering local insights to inform growth strategy and localization
Localize paid acquisition channels—ads, creatives, landing pages—for optimal resonance with Polish users
Collaborate with Product, Support, Content, and CRM teams to fully localize the end-to-end user experience in Poland
Serve as the go-to expert for Polish market insights, supporting cross-functional teams with cultural context and regional perspective

Your profile

5+ years of proven track record in influencer marketing, PR, or growth within the Polish market
Native-level Polish and fluency in English
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Experience in consumer tech, automotive, or mobility sectors
Previous spokesperson or media engagement experience
Familiarity with performance marketing or creative testing
