We are looking to expand our Portfolio Success team and are hiring an Intern based in our Munich office.
Our VC fund has a unique and innovative approach to supporting founders and their startups. We offer a range of services to our portfolio companies to support them best at every stage of their growth. As the Portfolio Success Intern, you will be working closely with the Leadership Team of Portfolio Success to better understand Founder needs and designing a well-tailored service portfolio catering to the startups.
Ensure accurate collection, cleaning and governance of Speedinvest’s master data
Collect and verify services and benefits provided by third parties
Review existing knowledge management tools and content to identify gaps, facilitate collection of materials and knowledge sharing among team members
Contribute to ongoing and ad hoc Portfolio Success team projects
Ensure project reporting and support with various organizational and administrative tasks
Collaborate with Investment Managers to design tailored offerings and improve processes based on identified needs
Conduct ad-hoc research and create presentations on various topics
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in an MBA program)
Initial relevant work experience, preferably in a startup or in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with modern software and infrastructure (e.g. Python and/or Power BI is a plus)
Strong analytical skills, experience in data analysis, visualization and governance
Fluent in English
