About Us
STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments.
We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today.
Your mission
As a Power Electronics Engineer at Stark, you will be at the core of designing and developing the electronic systems that power our next-generation unmanned aerial platforms. From electric and hybrid propulsion systems to rocket-boosted platforms, you will contribute to the delivery of reliable, rugged, and high-performance powertrain electronics for demanding military applications.
You will be part of the Propulsion & Powertrain Systems team and work closely with multidisciplinary engineering groups across the company. Your mission will be to ensure that our power electronics hardware is designed to meet strict performance, environmental, and certification requirements, in line with relevant NATO STANAGs, MIL standards, and IPC specifications.
This is a hands-on role requiring technical depth in power electronics, a solid understanding of unmanned aircraft system design, and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with both military and commercial aviation certification environments—particularly as they apply to unmanned systems—is essential.
