Responsibilities:
Strategic Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and qualify target accounts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to support outbound activities in close collaboration with the sales team.
Lead Qualification & Handover: Ensure accurate lead qualification and seamless transition of inbound and outbound leads to the sales team.
Data Analysis & KPI Tracking: Continuously analyze lead performance, identify areas for improvement, and derive data-driven recommendations.
Development & Optimization of Presales Processes: Contribute to the design of efficient lead qualification strategies in alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
CRM & Data Management (Salesforce): Maintain, optimize, and analyze CRM data to ensure high data quality and efficiency in the lead process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to enhance the lead pipeline and improve conversion rates
Requirements:
Education: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in an SDR, Pre-Sales, or Business Development role with a strong focus on outbound activities.
Analytical Skills: Experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and process optimization to continuously improve lead qualification processes.
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to make data-based decisions and develop data-driven strategies to optimize lead conversion.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Attention to Detail & Process Orientation: High accuracy in lead qualification and data management, with the ability to refine and enhance lead qualification processes.
