Pricing Analyst (m/w/x)

To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated full-time Pricing Analyst for our Finance team at our Berlin HQ, 3 days a week.

🎯 What you will contribute:

• Perform analyses aimed at improving the performance of the Grover portfolio, leveraging pricing


• Helped to build the pricing infrastructure at Grover, which includes improving and automating current models as well as creating innovative new approaches


• Manage the actual pricing of products on the website to maximize performance


• Develop data-driven pricing strategies and optimize current approaches to improve key Grover KPIs (Revenue, acquisition rate, profits) with impactful insights


• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of pricing initiatives


• Contextualize insights for the cross-functional audience

🤝What you bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Finance, or a related field


• Hands-on experience with pricing, ideally in an e-commerce environment is strongly preferred


• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline


• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong SQL skills


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working with large and complex datasets


• Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively


• A genuine interest in technology and data-driven decision-making


• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities


• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
