Arbeitsbeschreibung - Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Competitor Analysis:

Continuously monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies across all product lines
Identify key pricing trends and competitor differentiators
Develop comprehensive competitor pricing reports with actionable insights

Pricing Analysis & Structure:

Conduct detailed pricing analysis for each product, considering factors such as cost of goods sold, market demand, customer segmentation, and value proposition
Create and maintain a clear and logical pricing structure across all products, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall business objectives
Develop and implement pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions

Pricing Forecasting:

Analyze historical pricing data to identify trends and patterns.
Develop pricing forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and anticipated future trends.
Provide recommendations for price adjustments based on forecasting insights

Reporting & Collaboration:

Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, competitor analysis, and market trends.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment on pricing strategies

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Pricing Specialist, Pricing Analyst, or a similar role
Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and strategies
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and business needs
