What You'll Do at Pega:

• Partner with world-class clients to design and deliver high-quality technical solutions across the full software development lifecycle — powered by Pega's AI-first platform.


• Apply an AI-first mindset to every engagement: use Pega Blueprint to generate optimised application designs, then guide AI agents to build, test, and refine them.


• Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, translating complex business challenges into elegant, scalable Pega solutions.


• Mentor and upskill client teams in Pega technology and best practice — helping them build confidence in Blueprint-led, agentic delivery.


• Collaborate with high-performing delivery teams to ensure every solution meets — or exceeds — client expectations, with full auditability and governance built in.


• Champion Pega Predictable AI™: AI that works within defined business rules, compliance frameworks, and governance models — delivering trust at scale.

Who You Are:

You are a hands-on Solution Builder — a System Architect with an AI-first mindset who thrives on solving complex problems, orchestrating intelligent systems, and shaping the future of enterprise software.

• 5–10 years of software development or technical consulting experience.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.


• Strong knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Proven ability to work within Scrum teams, implementing user stories in fast-paced environments.


• A natural collaborator — equally comfortable with Product Owners, delivery teams, and C-suite stakeholders.


• AI-first mindset — you don't just use AI tools, you think in systems, agents, and outcomes.


• Business-level German language skills.

• You've designed and delivered model-driven, enterprise-level solutions — and you're proud of the outcomes they've driven, not just the code you've written.


• You've worked across a broad technology stack — object-oriented design, database architecture, application and web servers — and you know how to connect it all.


• You have a strong track record of customer engagement and delivery success; clients see you as a trusted partner, not just a consultant.


• You're already thinking about how agentic AI can make your next project faster, smarter, and more impactful.
