You will work closely with architecture, integration, and verification teams to deliver high\u2011performance, high\u2011reliability DRAM solutions.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Design digital and mixed signal blocks for GDDR and DDR DRAM at transistor, gate and RTL levels.\n\n\n\n\n * Define interface, behavior, and functional requirements for mixed signal blocks.\n\n\n\n\n * Collaborate with block owners and integration teams to ensure full\u2011chip integration.\n\n\n\n\n * Develop testbenches.\n\n\n\n\n * Perform functional and gate\u2011level verification.\n\n\n\n\n * Support silicon bring\u2011up and design validation activities.\n\n\n\n\n * Use AI\u2011driven tools to streamline workflows and enhance design efficiency.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * Master\u2019s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n\n\n\n\n * 10+ years of experience in mixed signal design for semiconductor products.\n\n\n\n\n * Strong fundamentals in semiconductor physics and digital and mixed-signal circuit design.\n\n\n\n\n * Knowledge of common digital circuit concepts such as decoders, FIFOs, serial-to-parallel, parallel-to-serial converters, crossdomain synchronization techniques, error detection and correction codes, random data generators is beneficial\n\n\n\n\n * Experience with schematic/gate level design and simulations.\n\n\n\n\n * Experience with industry\u2011standard EDA tools (e.g., Spice, Primesim, SystemVerilog, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, Xcelium, Spyglass).\n\n\n\n\n * Experience with scripting languages and automation tools such as Python, TCL, Claude Code, Atlassian toolchain.\n\n\n\n\n * Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.\n\n\n\n\n * Comfortable working in an international engineering environment.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Memory design experience.\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Design Engineer 5\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
