Position Outputs

• Apply Innovative thinking for continuous process improvements.
• Develop and manage project plans and business cases.
• Strong process mapping skills of business processes and Layout improvement.
• Ability to analyse and interpret Service business data.
• Responsible for continuous process improvement and implementation.
• Facilitate processes in drafting of implementation plans.
• Monthly analysis of Service regions performance and suggest improvement methodologies
• Facilitate Service process improvement through proper project management.
• Ensure projects are aligned with the business goals and objectives.
• Engage with regions on Service Excellence results and analyse possible methods to improve Key.
• Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Leading Service Process & Media Centre team.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Qualified mechanical or industrial engineer, (or equivalent).
• Problem solving.
• Drive, energy, and initiative; Personal development; Teamwork, Time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite including MS Visio & Qlikview.
• Project and programme management.
• SAP and Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good Communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Safety Awareness.
• Good Business Acumen.
