Product Analyst (f/m/d) - Maternity leave replacement

We are looking for a Product Analyst – Mid-level( f/m/d) as a maternity leave replacement for 1 year.

You will work as a part of an interdisciplinary team, where you are expected to act as the data expert, analyse and communicate insights, initiate experiments with Product and Design and influence internal and external stakeholders.

You will join our small but mighty analytics team, consisting of 2 analysts and 2 data engineers. We are responsible for the whole data flow, from tracking definition to data modeling in dbt to building dashboards in Google Looker Studio to influence our stakeholders about our findings.

We work with 6 product teams on various feature developments and support them from feature design to impact analysis at the end.

Our main data source is our Commerzbank Mobile Banking App, we help our various stakeholders to answer their insights-driven questions.

• Help us and our stakeholders understand our app! As a mid-level product analyst, you are pivotal to analyse and understand our features and user funnels, main metrics and how various product and design changes can impact user behaviour. 
• You turn our raw data into meaningful insights by building the right and robust models in dbt as well as creating meaningful dashboards and reports. 
• You are the sparring partner for our product managers, UX researchers and designers by helping them understanding user behaviour and feature success.

• You have worked already with various stakeholders and know active stakeholder management and task prioritisation
• You have a proven record of owning analytics tasks end to end (from ideation to scoping to presentation of the results) and you hold yourself accountable for the high quality of your work. Your work style is structured and documentation is part of every task.
• You worked with dbt core already and know your way around git
• You have experience with the events data structure in Google BigQuery and you feel confident with modular SQL (2 years minimum)
• You know that there is always room to learn – from within the team or from outside sources. 
• You are able to communicate with your team in English, German is a plus. The position is hybrid, we want to meet you in our lovely Berlin Office at least once a week. 
• Note: This position is temporary for 1 year.
