Arbeitsbeschreibung - Product Genius (w/m/d)

As a company of the Ideawise Group, Compay GmbH provides financial services in online trade. Secure payment processing between company and customer, as well as receivables management, are our specialties. We react innovatively to market requirements and work with motivation to find solutions.

Our highest goal is for you to be as enthusiastic about our products, apps and services as we are and to provide everything related to the products for other departments. To this end, we are looking for “product hosts” for our customers and employees who are proactive and have strong organizational and communication skills.

You get to know our apps and services and understand how they work
You develop summaries for the apps and services that answer important questions and create handouts in collaboration with our marketing department
You act as a contact person for the apps and services for internal and external users, answering questions and providing assistance
You provide training on the apps and services
You act as an interface between users and development for continuous improvements
You keep an eye on the market situation and point out any innovations in the field of online financial services

You have successfully completed a degree in information technology with a focus on (business) informatics or a comparable information technology education
You are enthusiastic about products, apps and services in the financial services sector
You can understand the technical background of online services in the payment sector and can grasp, understand and explain them in an understandable way
Ideally, you are familiar with banking products, services and apps
You are fluent in German, have excellent written communication skills and are business fluent in written and spoken English
