Your responsibilities

Bridge the gap between our medical experts and tech team to deliver great features for our clinical users and patients alike.

Own problem discovery in collaboration with our medical affairs experts, keenly aware of usability, accessibility and clinical safety.
Produce lean specs, flows, and low-fi prototypes that guide engineering toward shippable solutions.
Prioritise ruthlessly against outcomes, keep acceptance criteria & traceability tidy, and unblock the team day-to-day.
Define success metrics, set up analytics events, and share actionable insights with the team.
Establish and champion scalable product rituals that reinforce our values of clarity, ownership, and care.

Who we are looking for

3+ years in Product Management or UX Design in a B2B SaaS context
Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery, craft wireframes/prototypes, and ship features end-to-end
Track record of defining and moving product metrics (e.g. activation, retention, NPS)
Proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout) and an issue tracking tool
Bonus: Experience in med-tech, digital health, or regulated software (e.g. ISO27001, MDR)

Already residing in Berlin (or within daily commuting distance) and authorised to work in Germany.
