Product Manager


We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to take our Brand & Template Management offering to the next level of commercial success. You will work closely with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Delivery to shape products that addresses real market needs – and succeeds commercially.

The role


You are the commercial product manager responsible for the full product mix of Brand & Template Management – not just juggling features. At Omnidocs, product managers are expected to combine a strong understanding of customer and market needs with commercial judgement around pricing, positioning, go‑to‑market, and service levels. In this category we carefully balance our propositions towards both the SMB- as well as the Enterprise market.


You own the full product lifecycle and manage internal and external stakeholders. You are a confident leader who can guide cross‑functional teams without direct authority, helping translate strategy into products that improve customer experience and support Omnidocs’ growth.


This is a global role. Candidates can be based anywhere. Working remotely is possible, but occasional onsite visits to our offices in Copenhagen, Holten and/or Zug are expected. It is also possible to be fully onsite in one of the offices. In other words, the role is not tied to a default office location.


Key responsibilities



  • Own and manage the full product lifecycle of Brand & Template Management

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

  • Define and evolve product vision and strategy

  • Create and manage the product plan as part of the business planning cycle

  • Appraise new product ideas against strategic intent and commercial objectives, and define appropriate go‑to‑market plans

  • Engage with the market (customers, partners, ecosystem) for feedback and insights

  • Align stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure product success

  • Own and communicate the commercial product roadmap to relevant stakeholders

  • Lead cross‑departmental go‑to‑market planning and support successful launches of new features or markets

Your qualifications


The essential



  • Experience with Product Led Growth strategies

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority

  • Curiosity and the ability to understand the perspectives of customers and colleagues

  • A clear commercial mindset and comfort balancing product and business considerations

  • Fluency in English (required); German is a plus

You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating with some level of ambiguity. You help create clarity rather than wait for it. We are not looking for a “ninja” or “unicorn” – we expect you to know your strengths, be open about where you want to grow, and work constructively with others to move things forward.

  1. First call with Director of Product: general introduction

  2. Second call about Product & markets: talk your experience and expectations related to our product ambitions and GTM activities.

  3. Behavioural assessment: A behavioural assessment (approx. 30 minutes).

  4. Final call to discuss additional matters if needed.
