Product Manager (f/m/d) - ERP Solution

Our client is a fast-growing software scale-up based inDüsseldorf, building a modern, work-oriented ERP SaaS solution. The company operates in a true startup environment: fast-paced, hands-on, and highly execution-driven. The product is central to the company’s success, and this role plays a key part in shaping its future.

This is not a classic corporate Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and working closely with engineering to turn ideas into real, usable software.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  


• Drive the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
  


• Work closely with engineering and design as a true sparring partner
  


• Translate user and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  


• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery
  


• Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and market trends using data
