Arbeitsbeschreibung - Product Manager Implants (m/w/d)

  • Market observation and analyses, derivation of product and sales concepts
  • Presentation of market trends, recognition and utilisation of new technical developments
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with potential and existing customers & sales partners 
  • Developing and implementing product strategies and value-adding services for customers
  • Helping to shape product and pricing policy
  • Comprehensive project support from idea to approval: creating project plans, specifications and involving external project partners
  • Close collaboration with R&D and QM/RA regarding technical documentation for new developments or product changes
  • Preparation and organisation of comprehensive product launches including associated materials and documents
  • Support in the creation of print media and product-related online marketing materials
  • Regular support with workshops and product training, both internally and externally
  • Completed studies in the field of medical technology, engineering or natural sciences, medical-technical vocational training or equivalent qualifications 
  • Several years of experience in product management or sales in medical technology (spinal or neurosurgery) desirable
  • Ideally experience in the field of surgical support and training of doctors
  • Commercial understanding and proficiency with MS Office products
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and sociability
  • Results-orientated and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, teaching ability and willingness to learn round off your profile
