As a Product Manager at straiv, you will be responsible for driving the vision and development of our Hotel App.

What you’ll do

• Defining the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and the needs of the hotel tech industry.

• Leading product discovery efforts to identify strategic initiatives that create long lasting customer impact and high business value for the company.

• Continuously researching the market and monitoring trends from the industry to further develop our solutions.

• Leading the end-to-end feature development process, from ideation and planning to release and post-launch evaluation.

• Coordinating with external partners and customers to constantly improve our solution.

• Working closely with our Engineering team to define and prioritize business requirements and drive overall product delivery activities.

• Establishing and maintaining optimal communication with our business stakeholders (Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing teams).

What you bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Product Manager, or in a comparable position

• Familiarity with customer interviews, design thinking, A/B testing, software development processes and agile methodologies

• Understanding of the hotel tech industry is a plus

• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly.

• A critical mindset and the ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus.

• A valid work permit for Germany
