HeyInvite, a Factory company, is looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) to shape the new product of our next chapter.
As part of Factory – the place where the most ambitious talent, ideas, and technologies come together – HeyInvite is building the platform that helps define tomorrow’s clubhouse and events.
Your Role at HeyInvite:
As Product Manager (m/f/d), you’ll be in the driver’s seat of this journey. You’ll define the vision, set the direction, and make sure our product decisions always connect back to what users truly need. From the first line of code to the first million users, your fingerprints will be all over it.
This role is perfect for someone who is both highly skilled and hands-on, as well as a strategic all-rounder with a strong sense of the bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and own the product strategy and roadmap for our AI-first platform.
- Turn insights (from data, users, and intuition) into features people love.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship fast and smart.
- Align and manage internal stakeholders while steering external partners, such as development agencies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI design to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience across web and app.
- Balance vision and execution: big-picture thinking with a bias for action.
- Track what matters: define KPIs, measure impact, and iterate relentlessly.
- Be the champion of user experience while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI
