As we continue to expand and innovate, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong industry expertise in Building Automation, Sensor Technology, and Control Systems to drive the future of our product portfolio.

Your Mission

You understand technology, recognize market opportunities, and transform innovative ideas into successful products.

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our Building Automation portfolio by combining technical expertise with strategic market insight. You will help define tomorrow's products and technologies for intelligent buildings.

What You'll Do

✅ Own and develop our product portfolio within Building Automation and Control Technologies

✅ Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies

✅ Identify new business opportunities and translate customer needs into innovative product solutions

✅ Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch and phase-out

✅ Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Quality teams

✅ Support product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Provide technical expertise for complex customer and market requirements

✅ Contribute to the development of future Smart Building technologies

What You Bring

✔ Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Building Automation, HVAC, or a comparable technical qualification

✔ Several years of professional experience in Building Automation, Smart Building Technologies, HVAC Controls, Sensor Technology, or related industries

✔ Strong knowledge of sensors, control systems, fieldbus technologies, and modern automation solutions

✔ Experience in Product Management or a technical interface role between market, customers, and engineering teams

✔ Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical expertise

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Passion for innovation and sustainable building technologies
