Arbeitsbeschreibung - Product Manager (m/w/d)

You work on interdisciplinary projects and have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success and growth through your experience by supporting us in new business development initiatives.
You acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and guide them from the first contact to a successful contract conclusion.
You define the objectives for R&D regarding product developments based on a variety of yeast-based products in biotechnology fields.
You optimize sales and communication strategies in close collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
You ensure the successful market introduction of new products.

You have a degree in food technology, biotechnology or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development for yeast products (cell walls, protein, derivatives and extracts) – experience in animal nutrition, pet food, cosmetics/nutraceuticals, or white biotech, is a strong advantage.
You demonstrate a high level of initiative and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
You speak fluent English; German skills are a plus.
