Product Manager - Predictive/Prognostic AI (m/f/d)

As a Product Manager – Predictive AI, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, driving the development of AI tools that bring predictive power to digital pathology. You will shape the strategy, define the roadmap, and ensure our solutions are deeply impactful for clinicians and patients alike.

• Lead the Vision: Own and drive the vision for predictive AI, from risk scores to recurrence prediction, translating clinical needs into actionable product requirements.

• Own the full product lifecycle for predictive/prognostic tests: discovery, development, validation, regulatory submission.

• Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with data scientists to develop and validate predictive models. Align technical, clinical, and commercial teams to create products that are innovative, safe, and reliable.

• Drive External Engagement: Build and manage relationships with KOLs, academic collaborators, and clinical partners.

• Drive Evidence Strategy: Lead the development of clinical and analytical evidence to support regulatory approvals and payer adoption.

• Prioritize with Impact: Set the right priorities based on impact, feasibility, and regulatory timelines.

• Communicate Clearly: Effectively share your vision and ideas across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

• Experience: Proven track record of bringing a predictive or prognostic diagnostic test to market - molecular (e.g., NGS, PCR) or tissue-based (e.g., IHC, digital pathology) 

• Biology or medical background

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think big while diving deep into the details.

• Data Literacy: Comfortable with statistics, A/B testing, and basic ML terminology.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled at bridging technical, clinical, and business teams.

• Communication: Exceptional at translating complex technical concepts into clear, impactful messages.

• Language Skills: Full proficiency in English (German is a plus).
