Product Specialist

What you will be doing

• Work on assigned tickets (requests and issues) from start to end, including stakeholder dialogue, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions alongside our Technical Specialists


• Assigned tickets can be related to user management, data management, reporting & automations 


• Ticket Management in ServiceNow


• Recurring tasks such as updating currencies, Sandbox refresh & seeding


• Stay up to date with latest Salesforce releases


• Create and maintain applicable documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals and training materials


• Testing

What will make you successful?

•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    3+ years of experience with user management, security, data management, reporting & Flows
•    Knowledge or understanding of Apex is appreciated
•    Experience with Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
•    Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
