Join us and be part of our dynamic product Team, reporting to the Head of Banking Solutions!

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the growth of the 360T Banking Solutions. The offering includes pricing, margining, credit system offerings as well as white label distribution technology. Among others this includes our Auto Dealing Suite (ADS - it allows requests from companies to be routed to e.g. an integrated pricing server, which automatically quotes a price) / Market Maker Cockpit (MMC - it allows Liquidity Providers to dynamically manage and control their FX pricing according to their individual needs), as well as associated GUIs and supporting systems.

Act as a product matter expert and go-to-person in relation to all banking segment related products and offerings
Work closely with sales on prospects and existing clients in with a focus on Market Taker Banks
Support the generalist sales globally in all matters around 360T Banking Solutions offering
Attend, participate and able to present complex workflow solutions to prospects and clients
Translate the needs of the clients and prospects into the development road map of the Banking Solutions.
Act as an extended arm of the Head of Banking Solutions product – facilitate communication internally and to prospects and clients
Provide updates on new opportunities and any potential roadblocks
Ensure integrity and continuous maintenance of the product information and documentation (eg: user guides, IP specs)

First experience working on a Software as a Service (SaaS) based application – ideally in FX or financial services
First knowledge of market maker eFX systems preferred
Professional with ideally at least 3 years of trading, broking or eFX experience
Exposure to an FX trading business
First knowledge in Project/Product Management experience/ skills
Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
Strategic/creative thinking and analytical
Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills
Self-starter, prepared to initiate necessary relationships, processes and planning
Service and detail-oriented
Confident and motivated team player and individual contributor
